ETSI — The Naworbian Word for Sister

In the Naworbian Dialect, there is a word for the kind of sister that blood alone could never explain.

Etsi.

It is the Naworbian word for sister, but among Naworbians, sister is not limited to who you were born beside. Etsi describes the bond between two or more women who simply look at each other and recognize what is already true. No ceremony. No title. Just the deep, unspoken knowing: she is my sister.

The word itself tells the story: Et — shared origin. Shared fire. Si — she who walks beside.

Put them together, and you have the most honest word in the Naworbian Dialect. A word not assigned, but recognized. Not declared by anyone else — only by the women who feel it.
